The Company Policy on Liens and Garnishments

The IRS, other governmental agencies and creditors using legal process require The Company to pay a member’s payouts to them in order to satisfy an member’s obligations for unpaid taxes, delinquent child support payments, or past due debt.

Upon receipt of notice of a tax lien or garnishment, The Company will use its best efforts to contact the member prior to payouts being garnished.

To avoid a lien or garnishment, a member should attempt to work out a reasonable payment plan that is satisfactory to the IRS or the creditor prior to the IRS or creditor taking such collection action.
