You must be a positive, encouraging, motivating leader for all your downline members. Thus, in addition to your normal duties and responsibilities as a member, Vice Presidents like yourself must accept responsibility to form and maintain a mentoring alliance with your downline members and effectively assist them with and monitor their training, local meetings, recruiting and compliance with all licensing rules and procedures. Because you are accorded the ability to receive override commissions on the sales of the products and services by your downline hierarchy and you have accepted the responsibility of overseeing their activities, you are responsible for the “debit balances” of any and all “downline members”.
