The Company Champions Standards
Revised: May 25, 2015
The Company Champions Standards is a requirement that helps ensure all VPs (Level 20) and higher-level members are working to their fullest potential to lead The Company and your organization.
This requirement applies to all VPs and higher-level members who override VPs and have been a VP or higher-level member for at least 18 months. Newly reinstated VPs also are subject to The Company Champions Standards.
All VPs and higher-level members must produce at least 60,000 net points in their base shop in a six (6) month calendar period. The first review period is the first half of the year from January through the end of June and the second review period is the second half of the year from July through the end of December. VPs or higher-level members who do not meet the requirement will give up 50% of their overrides on their generational down-line VPs or higher base shops. If the VP does not produce 60,000 net points in their base shop for (2) two consecutive (6) six-month calendar periods they will give up 75% of their overrides on their generational down-line VPs or higher base shops. This commission reduction affects all up line generational leaders of the affected VP as well. The Company CEOVPs are exempt.
As for points and cash flow received as a result of your down-line, calculations for SVP and higher-level promotions or for The Company sponsored contests cannot include base shop points or cash flow from VPs not fulfilling The Company Champions Standards.
All terminated VPs (Level 20), or higher-level Members, will remain at the Champion Standards status they were at the time of termination.
Note: It is customary to review The Company Champions Standards data on a six (6) month calendar basis. The first review period is from January through the end of June and the second review period is from July through the end of December. However, if your generational down-line VP, who is subject to the 50% override, resigns from The Company, please notify The Company home office to have the 1st generational overrides restored to 100% if you qualify.
The company reserves the right to change these rules at its sole discursion at any time without prior notice. This information is not for communication to the public and is for Internal Use Only.
