Can I be reinstated with The Company?

REINSTATEMENT CONSIDERATIONS: The following criteria will be reviewed before a Member is considered for reinstatement. Note: The Company affiliated broker dealer, if applicable will make a separate determination for eligibility of reinstatement.

Was termination due to any of the following:

  • Failure to renew
  • Inactivity
  • Production requirements

Any member terminated for cause cannot be reinstated – paperwork will be rejected.

Any level 20-VP or higher may be reinstated at their former level with the approval of the first up-line EVP level 30 (or higher).  The EVP level 30 (or higher) should sign-off on reinstatement form indicating their approval.  Note: Any vested payouts that may have been held while these members were terminated will not be released at reinstatement.  Instead, these amounts will continue to remain in a holding account and will be rolled to the member at the same point in time that down-line debt is rolled.

All level 20-VPs can reinstate to a different hierarchy only if terminated for more than one year, however, their down-line will remain coded to the previous hierarchy.  Members reinstating into the same hierarchy will have their down-line intact unless otherwise indicated by the approving up-line EVP level 30 (or higher). Please NOTE: When a reinstated member is eligible to select a new up-line, the new up-line cannot count the reinstated member’s production towards a promotion for a period of six months.  The exception to this rule is if the member has been terminated for one year or longer, then the reinstated member’s production can be used immediately upon reinstatement.

If the member has a securities license it must be brought over to The Company affiliated broker dealer if applicable.  The home office will not actually “code” the previous level until the member is approved with the broker dealer meaning the member is activated with the TA level.   It is the responsibility of the member to advise the coding department once approval with the broker dealer is obtained.

Any VP or above that is reinstated into the same hierarchy will not be eligible to count as a VP leg toward any up-line’s promotions for a period of six months.
